Kindstep Foundation - Goodwill towards Humankind

From Compassion to Action

Kindstep Africa Foundation was officially founded in 2025 by Dickson Maguru and Judy Boyani, born from a simple yet powerful desire — to restore dignity and hope among teenagers in our communities.

What started as a small initiative providing innerwear and sanitary products to teens in collaboration with friends has grown into a movement that now reaches more young people with care, mentorship, and encouragement.

At Kindstep Africa Foundation, we believe that every teen deserves to feel confident, valued, and supported. Our work now focuses on three main areas:

  • Dignity Kits: Providing essential personal care items that help teens regain confidence and self-worth.
  • Mentorship & Life Skills: Guiding young people through life challenges, building resilience, and nurturing their dreams.
  • Community Teens Outreach: Connecting with communities to raise awareness, offer support, and create safe spaces for teens to grow.

Board of Trustees

Meet the dedicated individuals leading our mission

Kindstep Africa Foundation is guided by a strong and dedicated team of Trustees who bring together diverse expertise, passion, and integrity. Each trustee contributes their unique professional background to ensure that the organization operates efficiently and remains true to its mission of restoring dignity and hope among teenagers.

The Trustees oversee the day-to-day running of the foundation within their respective areas of specialization, ensuring that every program and activity aligns with our core values and long-term goals.

Where necessary, a Management Team supports the trustees in handling administrative and operational tasks, working closely under the guidance of the Founders to maintain excellence, accountability, and impact.

At Kindstep Africa Foundation, our leadership structure reflects our belief in collaboration, transparency, and purpose-driven action — ensuring that every step we take is indeed a kind step toward transforming young lives.
